Pourquoi je vous parle de combat singulier ? Eh bien, tout simplement parce que le Maelstrom vient d'inaugurer une arène spéciale pour que les aventuriers puissent s'entraîner avant de se jeter dans la fosse aux loups, d'où ma panique quand vous m'avez adressé la parole !
Personnellement, je n'ai ni les compétences, ni le courage de me battre avec les autres, mais vous avez l'air d'une femme qui a connu son lot de batailles ; je pense donc que ça pourrait vous intéresser.
Sachez que la personne qui supervise l'accès à la zone d'affrontement se trouve juste en face de moi. Je suis sûr que la sergente instructrice sera ravie de répondre à toutes vos questions... enfin, si vous avez le courage d'aller lui parler. Moi, je n'ose pas l'approcher tellement elle me fout la pétoche.
Désolé, mais je ne suis toujours pas prêt à me battre en combat singulier avec vous. Si vous tenez tellement à vous défouler sur quelqu'un, vous trouverez certainement des aventuriers désireux de vous démontrer l'étendue de leur force près du ponton d'entraînement.

Also gut, ich erklär's dir. Ich bin hier, weil ich zu einem Duell herausgefordert wurde. Ich trank in aller Seelenruhe mit meinen Kameraden im Treibsand, als sich ein Gladiator zu uns an den Tisch setzte. Rüpelhafter Typ. Eine unbedachte Bewegung seinerseits führte zu einer unbedachten Äußerung meinerseits, und plötzlich stieß er eine Todesdrohung nach der anderen aus. Der Typ ist eine rasende Kampfmaschine!
Der Duellierplatz, den der Mahlstrom hier am Wolfshöhlen-Pier eingerichtet hat, wurde ja eigentlich zu Trainingszwecken eingerichtet. Damit wir Abenteurer unsere Fähigkeiten im Kampf Mann-gegen-Mann trainieren können. Das kann die Ausbilderin dort dir alles genau erzählen. Aber er ist eben auch ein idealer Platz für ein Kräftemessen zwischen zwei wütenden Kontrahenten.
Nur ist meine Wut inzwischen verflogen. Besonders deshalb, weil mir einfiel, was dieser Gladiator für ein furchteinflößender Typ ist. Nie habe ich einen Lalafell so grimmig dreinblicken sehen, glaub's mir! Aber du, geh nur, der Duellierplatz ist gleich da vorne!
